DUOL's air management system guarantees the stability of the dome. It also provides the normal living/climate conditions inside the dome by heating the air before is inflated into the dome. Our domes can be also equipped with cooling system which provids the refrigerated air to the structure in summer time.

Our innovation is new "X" condensing ventilation/heating unit with average 107% of thermal efficiency. This efficiency is achieved with condensing inox boiler in combination with premix gas burner.

During combustion of the gas, water vapor is produces, which in traditional heaters leaves the unit through the chimney. In condensing boilers this water vapor is utilized and converted to heat energy for maximum efficiency. In premix burners air and gas are mixed in special air tight chamber, what ensures maximum gas efficiency. Burners are fully modulating, controlled by sensitive probe of outlet air temperature. With the unit running 40% of its working time on minimum and average of 40°C constant outlet air temperature, the low stratification effect is achieved. The unit is also eco friendly with zero carbon monoxide (CO), minimum nitrogen oxides (NOx) and low carbon dioxide emissions thanks to its high heating efficiency. In overall the energy savings with the "X" unit is 45-50%!

De-stratification system

Air blow tube (from axial fan and PVC ventilation tube with perforations) works in a function of air de-stratificator, providing regular heat distribution through the dome ambient. It is mounted on the top of the air dome.

State-of-the-art controls precisely and automatically maintain building pressure and temperature, with wind and snow sensors automatically adjusting the systems to varying weather conditions.
